Sweet Peaks is a homemade ice cream shop with 3 locations in Western Montana and 1 seasonal location in Bigfork. We were introduced to Sweet Peaks through friends of Danny Hervol, our Madagascar Director, and Montana native. We are thrilled to be working with such a great company! “We currently use LAFAZA Madagascar vanilla extract and pure ground vanilla powder exclusively in our LAFAZA Vanilla Ice Cream. We produce this flavor for all of our three retail stores as well as for 25 restaurant accounts who then serve this flavor in their restaurants. We always receive great compliments on the amazing flavor profile of this vanilla. We love telling people more about LAFAZA and the company. The fact that we named our vanilla ice cream “LAFAZA Vanilla” always intrigues our customers to ask us what that means and why it has that name.”
Marissa also says that they use LAFAZA Vanilla extract in their more seasonal flavors. “We have used it in Rhubarb Sorbet, Marionberry Pie Ice Cream, Apple Pie Ice Cream, Browned Butter Peach Ice Cream and many more. Our stores carry the retail bottle of the Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract and many of our LAFAZA Vanilla Ice Cream fans bring this home to flavor their own homemade treats.”
